They're loud and raucus. They tell it like it is. They Hit Hard or Go Home. Their music is called "Brick-throwin' Celtic Rock" They're hard-drinkin', fun-lovin, sons of South Buffalo and so are their fans. Their music reflects their point of view as working-class musicians. Their stories are those of life, love lost and injustice, yet are hopeful and exciting.
Their fans know that their live shows are an interactive celebration and keep coming back show after show. Every show is a different performance, yet the feel is always the same and there's a sense of family among the fans. It's what they come for. Of course, I'm talking about Jackdaw, the rock band with celtic influences from Buffalo.
